Shipping policy

All orders are shipped using USPS from South Texas. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped out Monday - Friday.

FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $99.00

Standard Shipping: $5.55-  3-5 Business Day Delivery + Processing                   

Expedited Shipping: $9.99  - 1-3 Business Day Delivery + Processing

Mexico & Canada : $20 - 1-6 weeks delivery depending on customs + Processing

Re-ship Fee: $6.00- shipped after original is returned

Please verify address is correct when ordering. Any packages that are returned to sender due to customer error will only be reshipped after new postage is paid. Free shipping code is not valid twice on same order. Bonita St. is not responsible for shipping delays.

Customers are responsible for providing correct address at time of purchase. Packages sent to wrong address and not returned to sender, are not subject for store credit. 

If package is lost, it becomes a matter of customer and USPS. Unfortunately, we do not see additional tracking information on our end. Please contact local USPS for further tracking information.

Customer may be eligible to receive compensation on missing or lost packages, however, customer will need to file a claim with USPS. Bonita St, LLC is not responsible to replace missing, lost or “delivered” packages.
