All approved returns will be processed for store credit.
Return Policy
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your purchase, or since you were notified your order was ready for pickup, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return. Shipping costs and delivery fees are non refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items received with a post mark date after the 10 days, will have a 40% restocking fee.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
Gift Cards, Accessories, Shoes, White Clothing, items on SALE or purchased during website SALE.
To start your return
Please email info@bonitast.com with order number and item(s) for return. Once items are confirmed as eligible, you will be provided a return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for return.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective items (if available). Item will need to be sent back within 5 days. Please send us an email at info@bonitast.com.
Our products move fast so we do not offer size exchanges due to sizing possibly being out of stock. Instead, you will receive a store credit to be applied to different size (if available) or another product. 10 days return from delivery date also applies.
Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then store credit will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within 24-48 hours. If you have no customer account, it will be applicable based on your original purchase email.
Original shipping costs and delivery fees will be deducted from store credit.
Gift cards
All giftcard purchases are final. Funds will not be reimbursed if card is not used before expiration. Gift cards expire after 1 year.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Lost returns
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Bonita St. LLC is not responsible for lost returns.
